Job Description
**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist to join our Charidy family!. You will help oversee our client dashboard by providing support to current and prospective clients via phone, email, and webchat. Our ideal candidate has a background in customer service and operations and is skilled at using G-Suite, ZenDesk, and Asana to help manage tasks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

- Respond in a friendly, timely, and informative manner to client and donor inquiries.
- Manage and oversee the ZenDesk dashboard and be responsible for providing internal support to Charidy staff on ZenDesk.
- Provide internal support to Charidy team members on a variety of items, including invoicing clients, helping to answer client questions, and organizing resources for staff.
- Organize the company calendar and oversee the planning of company events.
