Job Description
The Tentrr Experience Team is looking for rockstar teammates to provide an above-and-beyond experience for our customers. This part time role is a great way to learn more about the Tentrr brand while providing customer support via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner. This team is the face of Tentrr and strives to make every Tentrr camping experience as fun and simple as it can be.

Full-time opportunities are available for qualified candidate with sufficient availability. All CS team members (PT and FT) are subject to a three-month trial period with the company at $18/hour, followed by a formal performance review.

What You'll Do:

- Provide exceptional customer service across all channels.
- Utilize our internal systems efficiently to respond to our customers' questions and requests.
- Use Tentrr's customer service guidelines to manage all aspects of our campers' stay, including solving problems they have experienced and communicating feedback to the Customer Experience Management team.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers, fellow employees, and other stakeholders across the Tentrr community.
- Report on recurring customer service trends and channel these insights to other areas of the business.
- Assist with additional departmental tasks or special projects as opportunities arise.
$18.00 per hour
